I ask that you please give me 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time to cancel. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of your service cost. No shows or same day cancellation will be charged 100% of the service booked. If you are running more than 15 minutes late you will be charged a late fee depending on time or 100% of the service and need to reschedule. These charges will need to be paid in order to book your next appointment.
